Shipping policy

Order processing takes 1-3 business days before shipment. Once your item/s is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 3-7 days.

All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that depending on your country, you may be charged import duties, taxes, and courier handling fees once your package reaches customs. FiducaClo does not collect these fees at checkout, and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be.

The customer is entirely responsible for paying these fees to release the package from customs. If a package is refused or abandoned due to unpaid customs fees, any resulting return shipping costs or penalties will be deducted from your refund.
